Hard to answer . Maybe the seat mover has more movement but it is unrealistic. It’s quiet straight when just the seat moves and nothing else. The DBox feels just like a real car with Suspension.
@@motec_420fe 2.7K Medium field of view is good, and 30fps. No need for high frame rate. Which camera? Maybe try spot metering and exposure compensation -05 if you have the HERO4. Test it on the road first
Hello! Right now I'm between a "custom" SFX 100 with Thanos controller and 150mm travel, or a second-hand gen 1 Dbox 4250. I use to race with DD2 karts, so I'm used to high g forces... How does this simulate g forces and bumps? It has 32 or 38mm travel, so might be a bit short? Any opinion? Advice? Help?
Honestly you don’t need much travel for realism, Look at a drivers eyes in a race car in terms of high movement, They don’t really move up and down more than an Inch.
Hey Buddy, it’s a completely different level. The NLR is good for the money but a little weird as the seat is moving and everything else is stationary. Not a problem with the DBox !

This was back when I was running 42inch TV’s, I now run 3 x 32 inch widescreen 100HZ Monitors . TV’s were awesome but lacked in frame rate and refresh unlike the gaming monitors I have now .
