when I try to print, my printer (HP 2620) says "print ongoing" but it doesn't print anything and in the meanwhile Macbook m2 says "inactive printer" :(
Moto 5 does not work with this thing without internet I did tried it it does not work you have to have an internet in your house that I know of them epsons 2803 no good on way to work you have to have the password your Wi-Fi and no stupid phone company won't give it to me that I know of
i have one , and you need to download a epson app ,on the computer , but the epson page can not be found , WTF , big company , where you can can go in contact with this site , and a stupid virtual chat , so now my daughter is in problems with her school
Your printer prints fast. Mine prints very slow. I had to download all hp drivers from the hp site to get it to work. I'm going to return it. Wasted 2 days on this.
Awesome, straight-to-the-point video. BUT what to do once the jam is cleared and the display message does not clear? I hit "ok" but the message keeps coming back and doesn't allow me to use the display nor print from the glass or top feeder - UGH! I can only print from my computer. Do you know how to fix/clear the display message? I already unplugged/re-plugged; turned off/on; cleaned all the rollers. Nothing works. Thanks
don't sell bullshit around here !!! i have the same model now for almost one fuckin year and none of the many so called " solutions " does work without actualy resetting the chip ! your video here has so many cuts in it that it is easy for you to simply have taken a brand new Cartridge at the end and then claim " look the 4 counts do work " BS ! you need to reset the chip for the printer to recognise it as either a " new " or a " 3rd party " cartridge but simply removing it and than throwing it back does not solve the issue to HP and Canon and Epson !!!! YOU GUYS SHOULD BE DRAGED TO COURT FOR FRAUD BECAUSE THERE IS A VERY EASY WAY TO MAKE IT FOR PEOPLE POSSIBLE TO USE THE SAME CARTRIDGES YOU SEND WITH THE PRINTER AND THAT IS BY SIMPLY PROGRAMMING A FUNCTION IN THE APP THAT CAN TRUN THE COUNTIG TO ZERO AND EMTY THE MEMORY AND RECOGNISE THE CARTRIDGE AS NEW ! Someone needs to ripp your asses appart for fraud on millions of poeple all around the globe
i'm able to scan with this printer, but able to print. it says the printer is unavailable. I recently have changed the ink cartridge. there is no error 0 highlighted.

Neither my computer nor my phone could find my printer and with your explanation how to put the printer on SET UP MODE by pushing on STOP BUTTON AND ON WIFI BUTTON in the same time, my computer and phone found it!!!
