Oh my goodness that was Roberta Flack's voice all along the time. Was too young to appreciate her talent back then. She has one of the most remarkable & pleasant voices of all time. My favorite song is her duo with the great Donny Hathaway, the close I get to you.

I remember recording this bit of the song off of our TV on a boombox. I then took the tape and popped it onto my walkman and played it non stop as a teenager. We didn’t have iPods nor iTunes , we didn’t stream our songs and we didn’t have youtube but man when you want something, you’ll find the way to make it happen.
The scene at the end at the picnic table corner of reminds me of the opening credits of full House at the end except the full House I think all of them are sitting on the grass.
