One thing that the vast fan-base majority is missing - is the drama that sooner or later happens at tabletop role-playing Cyberpunk. Where sooner or later players and characters develop bonds, relationships, friendship. And sooner or later someone dies. Someone leaves. Someone goes cyber and loses shit mid-action. And someone just kills someone... In the end, the tunes and stories that 2077 and Edgerunners gifted to the world, this emotionally heavy, yet romantic and imaginative content... With all the honesty, this media that you THINK makes you feel hurt and abandoned, lonely and betrayed... For a role-player, it's a fkn killer that within first several lines of lyrics makes you burst in tears and hide your face if you're in public. It's just instantly effectively rising some fkn PTSD or something inside, making you actually grief and suffer in pain!! And grief not for a cartoon characters, but for an almost real people, that you almost really knew, almost really loved, hated, was magnetized to... Almost real friends that you killed in an accidental cyberpsychosis spray, while looking in the eyes of their players, while hiding your very own tears, while seeing their literal tears falling down on the table in a silent room full of people. People who represent someone you love and care about. Someone who are dead now by your hand. As for me, having as much as I do love the music and imagery of both 2077 and Edgerunners, I'm forced to avoid these completely, in order to live an normal every day life. Sad song from the anime, huh?..
I really like the song from 0:00-1:30 it is perfect to this anime. But afterwards that time the song destroys the amv. But its not your fault it just the song after 1:30
