I remember this game lol glad one other soul did. Getting matched vs skilled JP back in the original release was insane. There was like this incomprehensible meta to GG 2 that to this day, i have yet to understand (and predictably lost online as a result). Killer sound track, solid dub, and unique gameplay. Im glad Ishawatari went back to 2D GG after this but a nice little weird experiment (odd how this game is what he intended GG to be). PROTECT THE MASTER GHOST. THE MASTER GHOST IS UNDER ATTACK.
I watch the entire series for nostalgia and to remember the story, as a kid from Europa around 2006-2010. I didn’t understand the story that much cuz my English was pretty bad. But the community was great from all Europe and I used to play with friends from my school, city, neighborhood… etc. Oh man, was so nice… until episode 5-6 the game was great but after 2011-2012… the community was vanished suddenly Yeah man… I tried to play just for fun and story around 2020 but I felt so sad cuz I didn’t have the same feeling and I left the game after level 10, asking myself “what I am doing “ :)).
I remember back in 2009 when I bought my first astral board. It costed at that time 50,000,000 Alz. which was pretty rare. And astral board I could bought it in 2010 for over 175,000,000 Alz. The player who could have astral bike was like superstar because it was super rare. Wow what a memory:)). It was the game of my childhood❤. I and my friends spent winter time vacation to play this great game.

I would say that PSP era(Portable 1, 2, Clazziquai/BS) DJ Max wins over EZ2DJ/EZ2ON series. But, I definitely think you're right in that EZ2DJ/ON wins over the Respect era of DJMAX. And, V definitely ain't getting RESPECT from me due to its crappy outsourced songs and overpriced DLCs. EZ2ON just feels a lot more streamlined with a lot more consistent quality of songs coming out than the Respect songs, even if EZ2on tracks are shorter.
Imagine if, after a while, a new Stone Big Cheese would fly down in the old one's original spot and replace the old one (do the pose), and then you could do the fight again.

Update: So it turns out that they are going to be slowly unlocking content as time goes on. At launch, level cap will be 130 with the highest gear grade being Sigmetal and the hardest dungeon being Forbidden Island. Not sure how long this will last but I think it makes sense to try to ease everyone into the game instead for awhile.
