I let my subscription expire, but I might re-sub and give it another try someday. I don't feel as motivated to play RS+. No score attack, note track quality has gone down (it's more like the first RS in terms of quality), and note detection is weird. It's lenient and picky for different techniques when compared to 2014.
Hey @halsb at around 0:33 there is a part where you do a 5 to 9 double stop using your first and fourth finger but for some reason sometimes the game doesn’t detect it. Any tips??? The game seems to detect it randomly
It's a minor second interval, and the game struggles to detect those consistently. Not much you can do. Using a different position on the pickup selector can help a little.
Glad to see another upload! I know in rocksmith 2014, those high e string bends on the 22nd fret towards the end of the song were always barely detected. Do you think the detection is more consistent in rocksmith + or is it about the same?
@@halsb that’s good to hear. I know the game also Gad detection issues on the 19th fret, at the end of the main solo of “I want it all - Queen”. If the rocksmith+ detects those notes with ease as well. I would consider that a huge fix from the previous game
High pitch bends detect a bit better, vibrato detection is annoying, and there are still some broken harmonics. Maybe slightly better than 2014, but the vibrato detection makes even intermediate songs a pain to 100%.
Glad your still uploading videos and nice to see that your trying out Rocksmith+. How are you finding it so far compared to Rocksmith 2014 if you don't mind sharing?
I still prefer 2014. There are some official note tracks in RS+ that seem quickly thrown together. If they fixed the vibrato detection, that would improve my opinion a lot though.
I came here because I always had trouble at the part where you go from the 5th fret to the 12th fret, but going up a cord is a ton easier. I don't know why I didn't think of that because I do that for some songs already. Thanks.
