I wish PAN would be more open to small businesses. The minimum amount of seats that have to be purchased for Prisma Access makes the product inaccessible to SMB.

I don't doubt the customer's frustration with Cisco but her statements reference Cisco i-WAN, not Viptela. Anyone watching this should realize she isn't comparing Viptela and CloudGenix.
I understood her when she said iWAN and not Viptela. Just saying the justification was not as in-depth as people are looking for IF they wanted to jump the CIsco ship.

Not buying her reason. I'm sure this product is good but she probably bought the Cisco solution and didn't know what she was doing. I was expecting more reasons.
