I just had surgery for Afib; one thing found in the emergency room was I was low on potassium. Unfortunately, once you get Afib it doesn't stop. I eat spinch and avocados every day now.

truth is your body creates potassium from sodium. The studies were done and dismissed by the FDA.

Potassium and sodium are different elements on the periodic table. It would take a nuclear reaction to create one from the other. Wherever you heard that is a bad source.

Flaxseeds must be crushed broken to do you any good and mixed with flaxseed oil , I then use crushed Pumpkin seeds, mix the three together then your porridge -- oh so healthy , normal living for me and 87 years old , so fit I am .

I am 88yrs and have had High BP sinc about 60, I have started taking extra POTASIUM - I can not say that I have noticed ant difference, in BP , or bowel movement - I do live on Bananas , oranges and milk .
