Аз съм във Флорида и ако искам стая с баня дето съм е към 1000$ / месец. Има и по ефтини но трябва да се преместя и работата да преместя. Все пак ти може да ми дадеш ориентировъчни цени ! Например в Созопол 300 лева или Бургас толкова или някое село Синеморец или други подобни. Аз си нямам представа , защото това е туристическа зона. Hi Jack. There is a management company onside Apolon that does the short or long term rentals. I did a research on booking for this 1 June to 9th of June, price for 8 nights, for 4 adults, it says 700 euro. During July and August the price per night increases as well. I think it is excellent opportunity.

Hi Bilyan, cool video. So... until the payment plan si paid off by the buyer, the property is legally owned by the developer ? What if, for instance, during this period for any reason the developer get bankrupt ? This can happen anywhere in the World. In that case is the purchaser in danger of loosing his/hers investment ?
Great questions. Of course there is a risk. All the developers are here for more than 20 years in the business here. Most of the clients buy couple of apartments during the years because they have established trust. if you want to avoid that risk, buy something in cash that is not in development or in instalments. Anything can happen anywhere in the world. But there will be always be reasons not to buy
Ravda is a quiet and peaceful small family village. There are no discos and bars there. Only small restaurants. It is perfect for a whole year round living there as well.
Bilyan, which of these numerous Fort Knoxes is closest to Marina Dinevi or to the center of Sveti Vlas❓ Some of them are further away, closer to Elenite. It is kind of confusing 😁

Bilyan, I absolutely agree. Naive buyers and sellers think it will be immediate explosion of real estate prices in BG right away - like 48 hours after joining Eurozone...😁 In Slovakia we joined € zone long time ago on January 1st. 2009 - already 15 years ago ! The property prices since then went up, ofcourse ( same as in other countries around the World who don't use €) but the reason was NOT solely the € currency. No quick jumps and meteoric real estate appreciation because of joining the eurozone club... For sellers in BG - that is only wishfull thinking and dreaming😁
Even though it rarely snows here, those things happen. That’s why I always advise my clients to get a property insurance in case of those emergency because when you don’t use the apartment for year round living, anything can happen and you can’t react on time.
