Love this video. I’m 63 and just got diagnosed with lipedema (stage 2). Having a diagnosis has made all the difference to me. I previously just thought that it was my inherited body shape from my mom. Losing a significant amount of weight (145 lbs) has helped tremendously (my legs are smaller and nodules are less noticeable). I work out daily and continue to diet. So far, so good. Thanks for sharing your story and your life.
