Agustin Barrios foi um violonista e compositor muito inspirado. É uma pena que sua música tenha ficado desconhecida para as novas gerações de violonistas, até meados dos anos de 1980.
EXCELLENT playing!!! Bravo!!! I have just bought an absolutely ANCIENT Ricardo Quiles guitar for next to nothing, with a long crack in the top just below the sound hole. I will restore it to playing condition, hopefully with such fine tones as this one featured, but its patina is BEAUTIFUL and if it just hangs on the wall it will still be well loved and admired.
Estupenda guitarra yo si el constructor Rafael quiles fundador de guitarras quiles repara la tapa con un buen lutier y nueva que la disfrutes buenas noches
Hello: I own 3 Juan Estruch guitars from 1969 my Father bought and was offered to be the Distributor in the USA from Houston. He turned it down because he had a nice engineering job. One sounds better than the others, and all better than Trigger mos def. I've played mine since I was five in 1969. I met Andres Segovia backstage in Houston when I was 8. They are different "models" of quality examples of Juan.

It's hard for a 95 year old to remember much but his memory is still ok considering his age..imagine what it would've been like to see Barrios up close play ''CHORO DE Saudade'' Wow..Barrios is the greatest guitar composer and a sadly forgotten legend to many but it was in the 70s that John Williams started playing Barrios to the delight of listeners..
I have 12 guitars including Ramirez ,Conde, Duran, BARBA, Juan Montero, Antonio Marin, Navarro, etc.but the guitar I that did most of my gigs and tours with has been been my 1993 Vicente Sanchis 33! Why? Because it is the most comfortable guitar to play and I can play anything on it from classical to flamenco to bossa! It is my cheapest guitar but for me it is priceless!
Hi Mr Osborne,do u know anything about the P200 model made in 1974? Is it the highest model from Master Builder Hiroshi Tamura? & how much are they worth now a days? Thank You for the wonderful music.
Was watching Laura Gonzalez - that was something! And a comment said her guitar was a Hermanos. So here I am. Bit surprised that Andrew is playing with a capo, I thought that would be verboten. Very nice instrument!
I love that you have made this video for the Sanchis Classical. What Strings did you use on it? The upper Bass strings at times sound horrible, the long tinging metallic sound throws the feel of the piece off.
The year should be listed on the label most the time it is on the left side. I have a model 28 that was made in 1987 and is valued at about $900. I have seen a few 33 models prices at $2,300.
