After looking for ages, I've finally bought an 037 TA02S. £120 off Ebay, it's a fully completed but never ran shelf queen with a brushed system in it.. I'm really looking forward to it arriving... I'm going to fit a mild brushless system in it as soon as I get it... Do you have any tips for running a TA02 on brushless.? Stay safe out there mate & the very best wishes from Scotland 🏴 🙏 ❤️ 📻 🕹️ 🔋 🚗 🚖 🚕 🚔 🚚 🚙 🚘 🚓 🚒 🚑 🚐 🚎 🚤 🚁 🛩️ 👍 👍 👍
Hey Alan, congrats, thats a great purchase! I would recommend the reinforced cardan shaft, CVDs in the front and the 66T spur gear. That should be enough for now. Brushless motor should have around 3000 KV. Thanks and also best wishes from germany. Always appreciated! 😄
Very nice clean passes! I see you like running your motors at 20 degrees timing. I played around with mine and got to 11 degrees with no benefits on the 5900kv motor, so I went back to zero. I wonder what the difference in speed is 🤔
Thanks bro! 👊 The timing should always result in an increase in performance. Otherwise the ESC or the battery could be too weak, or the gear ratio is too low.
@@rc_michi You can do it! I'm messing around with a boat right now.. re-painting and getting ready for a maiden voyage hopefully before dark! It says 45km/h (basically 28mph) on the box, but I'm gonna try for 30mph 👍🚤💨
@@rc_michi that would have been awesome if one would fit. 106 is great…. I took a break from going faster as I was worried I was just going to crash. 😂
Deshalb mein Kommentar. Dann viel Glück die 200 zu knacken 😁
