I have a 2023 Sonata SEL and i have tried a 256gb,128gb,64gb and a 4gb flash drives from sandisk and PNY ,bot any cheap junk and have formatted with windows file explorer to fat32 and only a few of the songs that are on the drive are recognized. I have wrote to Hyundai and they were quick to respond and told me to see a local dealer and i did that but no one there seems to have an answer to help me . I don't know what to do,i miss having a CD and have thousands of songs on my PC ,but the car audio system does not recognize hardly any of my music.Any advice would be appreciated. thank you
Seriously love this car!! We bought our daughter the ‘21 Elantra with convenience & premium packages, so fully loaded to right below the Limited trim level, which keeps wireless Apple CarPlay!! That’s far more useful to her than leather seats or a bigger lcd w/navigation would be, because those are the main differences from what we have and the Limited trim, except the Limited trim level loses the wireless Apple CarPly! She prefers the navigation on her phone anyway. This car is far more advanced and jam packed with tech and safety features than anything in its class at it’s price point! We never planned on buying her a brand new car but with the shortage going on, this was the best deal we could find. We would have preferred to spend a little less on a CPO, but there are very slim pickings out there, and nothing with the safety features that I’d grown accustomed to (I had a 2017 Santa Fe sport Ultimate that I totaled this earlier year😢💔 and replaced it with a super duper fully loaded mid year refresh CPO 2018 Sonata Limited 2.0T+) which we really wanted for her. I won’t buy used without it being certified either anymore, I’m not taking that chance. And since we’re loyal Hyundai Customers for the past 19 years, since our own very first new car purchase of an ‘02 Elantra, there wasn’t another make that we would even consider ♥️ I can’t have my teenage daughter out there on the road by herself in a clunker. Now I can sleep at night knowing she’s in a reliable, safe vehicle 🥰
@@champion8231 unfortunately there weren’t any discounts available at the time, so we paid full MSRP $25,100. Now, a couple of months later, there are only added “market adjustment fees” ranging from an added $1,500 all the way up to $5,000 just because there is a shortage of vehicles, new and used. Good luck!
Can you set up driver profile? I bought the 2021 Elantra with the preferred sun & tech feature. But my bluelinks says I still haven’t set up my profile and need to set it up in the car, but I’m not able to.
Sorry to say, that cant be a 2018? as the 2018 has the electronic shift lever and yours doesn't. I have a 2018 with the new type if shorter silver shifter.
IT IS a 2018 but this particular configuration was ONLY for the Canadian market, and some demo models in other intl. markets. It does not feature the electronic shift lever seen in the USA models nor the Heads Up Display. I believe this changed for 2019 where all markets (except South Korea and UAE) started receiving the same equipment & configuration.
