Since on 16th of September 2024, the sum of sixty thousand naira (#60,000)was debited from my account 6230650010 as a result of fidelity atm card declined on p.o.s machine including the #5100 debited again on 17th Sept as failed p.o.s transaction,Till date All the money has not been refunded back to my account even after I called the fidelity line.

Fidelity Bank Plc I have an issue in my bank I don't know if it's network or what. My last balance was #65,996.20 and I just sent #40,000 to my fidelity account and I'm seeing a credit alert of 65,822.20 instead #100,000+. What happened to the 40,000 I don't know .What do I do?
