Hello, I have an Epson F-9430 and then by new one Epson F-11030, two model printer we are using Epson Edge Print. When i have the same file printed on F-9430 and F-11030 the result is quite different, i know about that machine has different technology, different ink, different print head, etc. So in this video you explain about Output Color Setting - tone curve edit (12:24), i think that can make fine adjustment and apply to the new machine, so that the result is close to the old machine, but you explain not complete how to save and apply to job and effected. One item i'm looking for is an improvement in the cutters touch screen response and pausing jobs/ changing settings on the fly. The previous s2 system was slow to respond and at times never responded to touches on the screen when the job was running. If we needed to change something on the fly it would take quite awhile to do so if it worked.

I find it absolutely crazy and interesting that these supposedly been shipped out but there’s no one independent review on RU-vid of this machine besides companies that are selling it….i really want one but that’s causing me to hold off.

so, what if the source image is just contain CMYK colors, is the epson edge print software gonna automatically selecting which color and how much data would use fluorescent ink? or we need to select manually like in the video above?

I follow your instructions but I could not upload the ICC profile form a 3rd part media because the file size is too big 810,5 Mb) and the Canon Media Configuration software allows to use a lower size, Can you suggest how to reduce the size of the ICC profile or any other suggestions? I bet if you redid this video today you would not crown the 800W as your winner. Nothing but problems with that machine. We've had 4 of them, I repeat 4 of them and each one was nothing but problems. From color inconsistency to massive amounts of wasted material. The cost of needing to replace a print head after every ink change (instructed to do so by an HP top level engineer), to the wasted 3ft of media before every job and the last 7ft of every roll added up to over $40,000 per year. Complain enough to HP and they will admit their design flaws and ultimately will purchase your printer(s) back at full purchase price. Went with Epson R5070L and never been happier.
I've been googling but can't find a desktop printer for printing on Mylar. Do you know of anything? A few basic searches led me here and told me I need an aqueous ink printer.
