It was never a high end shopping area... It's just middle. The fake market area has been there for ages . Now, it's better due to the newly renovated mall.
Love Baguio. Lived there for quite almost a year. The open air mall is amazing and the thing I loved most. Burnham Park and Great Taste restaurant were two other very frequently visited places while living there.
