This channel represents the ministry of the Iola Baptist Temple in Iola, KS.
"We strive to engage ourselves in the proper worship of God by putting Him and His Word above ourselves, our desires, and our opinions; in fellowship with one another by meeting together often to encourage and edify each other in God's Word and in His love; and in the discipleship of our church by leading others to Christ and bringing them along with us to grow together in the knowledge of God's Word and His will for our lives."
Our church is "independent" in our governance and "fundamental" in doctrine.

Hello again, good teaching as always. Did a study on “walking” that included Noe. Also found pearls regarding Israel. 27thpsalm.wordpress.com/2024/05/23/walk-humbly/
I think you would enjoy this book. I read and kept handy, then gave my copy away. Did that twice. Very will researched and written. More like a text book, overflowing with information. “Jesus: The Incarnation of the Word” by Mitchell. “This book tackles the issue. Did Jesus exist before Bethlehem? Who was mysterious Melchizedek? What does Psalm 110 really say? How far do the variant genealogies of Matthew and Luke really make sense? Was Mary a peasant or a princess? And what are the options for Jesus’s paternity? Just how Jewish was he really?” Review ~ “The author is deeply conversant in the Hebrew Bible, Septuagint, Second Temple Jewish literature, Rabbinic writings, and early Christian and Patristic texts. All are brought into service to offer intriguing solutions to various difficulties arising from the Davidic (and priestly!) genealogies of Joseph and Mary and the relationship of Jesus to Melchizedek and the Angel of the Lord. Readers will find this a rewarding study” (Michael S. Heiser, PhD Hebrew Studies, Wisconsin.
You’re a very good Pastor/Teacher. I’m in Ames. To far for a morning Sunday drive. But, I study diligently, using E-Sword and cross references many passages. You’re very good!
Very good teaching! Abraham met “Jesus” (Angel of the LORD, Lord of hosts and Melchizedek) in the “land of Moriah (Gen 22). Abraham knew where he was going, but he didn’t know the mountain.
Happy Father's Day to my dad, who has been such an incredible support system. He is a good example of a fantastic father. He isn't perfect but no one is but he has supported me through my transition and beyond. Thank you dad ❤
Happy pride month everyone 🏳️🌈 For anyone that needs it you are loved, seen, and valid In your identity. Out of the closet or not. Be proud to be you!
Be proud to be in the closet? That doesn't make sense, but unfortunately I know some Christians who are in the closet when it comes to their faith. That is "pride" too. Pride is the enemy. The Bible says that was the sin of Sodom that caused them to fall.
Ezekiel 16:49 KJV - 49 Behold, this was the iniquity of thy sister Sodom, pride, fulness of bread, and abundance of idleness was in her and in her daughters, neither did she strengthen the hand of the poor and needy.
A Professional Digital marketer.I was finding your Channel RU-vid search. I visited your channel and watched some videos, the content is very impressive. But due to video optimization problems your channel, the video is not getting viral and views, likes, and comments. Your problems need to be fixed very so
How about you start observing the Sabbath/ and stop the false "day of rest/Sunday" While you're at it, STOP celebrating man-made holidays and START celebrating the HOLY-DAYS written in the Bible, celebrated by YASHUA, HE taught HIS disciples to do the same! The word CHRISTIAN means CHRIST-LIKE, right? Shouldn't you be doing what HE did...??? Take off your denominational jacket & your preacher hat, and just be a man of GOD? PREACH HIS WORD AS IT IS! INFALLIBLE/ UNCHANGING/IMMORTAL....
Galatians 2:16 KJV Knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law, but by the faith of Jesus Christ, even we have believed in Jesus Christ, that we might be justified by the faith of Christ, and not by the works of the law: for by the works of the law shall no flesh be justified.
Colossians 2:16-17 KJV - 16 Let no man therefore judge you in meat, or in drink, or in respect of an holyday, or of the new moon, or of the sabbath days: 17 Which are a shadow of things to come; but the body is of Christ.
Romans 14:4-6 KJV - 4 Who art thou that judgest another man's servant? to his own master he standeth or falleth. Yea, he shall be holden up: for God is able to make him stand. 5 One man esteemeth one day above another: another esteemeth every day alike. Let every man be fully persuaded in his own mind. 6 He that regardeth the day, regardeth it unto the Lord; and he that regardeth not the day, to the Lord he doth not regard it. He that eateth, eateth to the Lord, for he giveth God thanks; and he that eateth not, to the Lord he eateth not, and giveth God thanks.
Im not sure who you are or what your motive is, but I'd be happy to talk more on the subject. In short, though, the reason Christ did things that He does not expect believers to do under the new covenant is that He fulfilled all things. The ceremonial practices, holy days, and Jewish customs are no longer expected of God's people.
Justin my Man!! This is awesome! So many I know have this same testimony. Searched for Truth my entire life through multiple churches and also never heard nor understood the Gospel. Heard a Independent Baptist Documentary and was amazed by the Truth. It was so liberating to understand that I didn’t have to keep failing miserably to obtain my own righteousness. I just needed Christ Righteousness imputed unto me through Faith in his Gospel. Great stuff
