Talish bhai people are scared, because csc ki clear policy koi ni hai. Aj koi yel apartment le 50 ka or handover time 30-35 or daina par jae to phir. Ye ch***t*ya management koi decision ni le sakti. Koi delivery date ni de sakti real one jhot wali to bohut di hain. I hope you got the point. 10 marla wala villa bhi rul raha hai koi ni le raha.
Members invested in exective Block of capital smart city in 2018 and society management neglected the members of exective Block and did not provided plots to these members after a 6 years period. Society keep on Launching new blocks and sectors one after the other & keep on neglecting the members of exective block to deliver the plots. Society management should not transfer the burden of their failures of development on the members of extive block and should charge the development charges at 2018 booking rates .
Do not listen them csc management is worst ever i seen in my life .. i am overseas Pakistani ans had worst experience and i personally visited the site they just giving incentive to their dealers they donot care their overseas customers and/or local customers. Malik Aslam is rude never reply to your email and never meet in person they big mafia's. Do not ne impress by his appearance he is not pious or honest.
He is very supportive in submitting the dues and getting acknowledgement slips for balloting. Dealing with him since last 2 years, always recieve a quick response and proper guidance. Keep up the good work.
