Hi it is always good to create directly. If not then you have to create a Transport request and move it. But do note this will move the complete data and not the changes only.
I understand that authorization need to be redesigned when there is migration from ECC to s4 hana. the process is said to be very manual unless a tool is used. Iam requesting what are the difference,pain points for this migration in respect to authorisations.

Copying role is standard functionality in PFCG Transactgion. Once you copy you need to modify the values for specific Authorisation Objects. Ex: Incase if you need to copy Plant+ Sales org Role , Duplicate it and modify the values in the new roles. Hope its clear.
Hi Composite Roles are nothing but singles roles which are grouped together. ##How to see it? To see please use SUIM > Roles by complex Selection > Select Check box of Composite roles. ##How can we modify its values?you can only add or remove roles. IN case if you need to modify any authorisation objects, it has to be done in the single roles. Sorry for late reply

1. For Previously editing report- It is not possible to directly, if you have managed to add in tR then you can find it. 2. For all custom report you have created- Go to the se01 and find the Transactions created on your name.

Then I check LS24. we have 2 line. one is show M40_C1 mention as production number 1202222 special stock E and 2nd show M40_C1 as sales order 4250012000 as special stock “E”. My doubt is it should show only 1 line because it’s come from one BOM in one sales order. sorry it’s too long.

Hi Go to SUIM > User>Users by complex selection criteria> By Authorisation values > In next screen Selection by values - Agains Authorization object Give - S_USER_AUT and Hit enter. Now give the value as "02" in the value field and then execute. This will give you list of users who have authorisation to manage the roles. 02- Change. 01- Create.
