Hi how do i change the bulb it faulty and it only turn on for 5-7 mins and then it turn off. I order it on amazon, do i have to send it back and get a new one or should i just change the bulb
have you noticed that painters usually STAND when they do their paintings. there is nothing stopping a drawer from doing the same. my set up: an tiltable drawing board (A1 size) on a height-adjustable, "standing" desk. advantages: 1. no back pain. 2. i can view my drawing at a 70 degree angle. 3. i can walk away from my art quickly, no chair to get in the way.
Just unboxed my lamp, charged it up all night - won’t turn on. Nowhere in the instructions or in any video is the on/off button shown. There is a reference to a button on the back of the clamp, but this seems to be also named as the dimmer switch. Are they one and the same? Is there only one button?
When I had a traumatic brain injury I could not work on a computer because of the flickering. I had to position/lay my laptop flat and use a mirror to reflect the screen and another mirror to reverse the image to appear correct. With ambient light mixed with the monitor image I was able to work. People literally have no idea how many people suffer from this. Also, I had NO eye strain and it felt like I was looking out of a window as opposed to trying to focus on a screen.
So, are the led lights focused to light the center of the view? A lot of these ring lamps have a bright ring around the edges, and a darker zone right in the middle where you want it to be brightest. Can’t find any info on that.

Great quality lamps for miniature painting. I’ve been using your lamps for years now. I’ve moved onto your Luminos model for my main painting desk, but my original daylight company lamp is still going strong 15 years on. I use your twist 2 go lamp if I’m travelling and need a more compact lamp to take with me. I use two luminos in my RU-vid videos as extra lighting and they’re brilliant! Never had a problem with your lamps in all those years. 👍🏻
Bought it about 6 months ago and now it has just quit charging...... male end that plugs into base wiggles around so much it don't make contact to charge lamp. Doesn't work when plugged in for the same reason..... No way to repair
I have had mine for 2-3 years and love it until today. One of the bottom hinges broke, leaving that side hanging like a bird with a broken wing and unable to fly. We hoping Gorilla glue will work. The lower light setting is so good and the battery last longer. I would still recommend it, especially the rechargeable one.
