I jabe purchased my croco a few years ago. .it's been working great. One thing I see differently in this video is how the croco will slow the speed of the door down, before closing. My existing unit closes the door at the same speed. What do I need to do what it shows on the video. Thanks John
@@vteccured Device that you see on this particular video installed is CROCO 107. That is the most precise device for speed, slow the speed of the door down, before closing and programed point of stopping the door (if you don't want to open all the way). Number of the magnets in the motor is double allow motor to do that. In your case, Motor and controller has to be replaced from CROCO to CROCO 107. for more info send email: AdorUSA@gmail.com
Check out Soft Close assist that could be installed with TROC system. With that you can program door operate slow and smooth and in the end of the operation, while door is almost closed, Soft Close assist will sock the door in and lock it. Works like a charm. gdrive.google.com/file/d/12oJfamuLK-KNPKzRWI0bE8sB9PZQusxs/view?usp=share_link
PYTHON is different concept of the system for automatic door. Silent. Hided. Durable. Easy to install. Open door all the way. Programable for speed and distance. Will be installed with Soft Close Assist. Will work like charm. Long awaited system should be available in the end of 2025 for Mercedes Benz Sprinter. AdorUSA.com
Because Mercedes door big and heavy. It require some force to close the door (counting rubber around the door). Door could be much smoother and slower while operating if Soft Close assist is installed. Available at Ador.com
If you install TROC system, door will open fully. It works on the Cable. Also you can regulate opening distance and speed. You can also install Soft Close assist that Will allow to operate door slow as you need and suck the door in in when door is almost closed. 2. System CROCO and CAYMAN is easy to install but disadvantages are: rail and motor outside of the door and visible. By design ig opens the door 8-12 inches less then original depending of the device and install.

This one is much stronger than previes version. CROCO vs. CAYMAN. it's 35% stronger motor. Programable for speed and add to the opening 3 inches. Works soooooth. Thank you!
TROC is made to fit Mercedes Sprinter Vans, 909, 906, 907. It takes 2 days to install. You have to remove, and put back side door to complete installation. Not rocket science but requared some skills.
To install TROC on Mercedes Sprinter takes some of advanced skills. Door has to be removed and put back. Takes 2-1 days and 2 people if you are doing it very first time. But, in the end fits well for Mercedes 170 (extended) 909,906 and 907. If you want to install it on 144 (short Sprinter) you need to modify installation to fit motor and assembly for cable (doable if you have experience). Troc works great on Dodge Ram ProMaster. Not so well on Ford Transit (becouse rail in the transit has sharp corner) but some installers with experience, make it work.
May be you are right. Let us know how it works in the long run. Problem is if there a lost of dust stick to it, it could be be worse then just dry rail.
