Try roasting your sweet potatoes at 275 for 2 hours or until 205 degrees. They are the most creamy and caramelized sweet potatoes you will ever eat. Also salt your steaks for atleast an hour sea salt only, then pat dry the moisture on them with a paper towel. Then start by cooking the fat caps first that will give you the oil you need to sear the steaks.
Try to get hand harvested sea salt. It usually has 80+ minerals & very good for you. The salt you use is only 1 mineral which is sodium. The corporation Ive processed the salt & made it unhealthy. The best part is sea salt tastes so much better
@@fitnessfocused it’s missing 81 minerals that help your body function. I guess I didn’t explain that part. You def cal use what you want. Most other countries do not have salt like we do. It’s what causes salt to be so unhealthy bc all it is is 1 minerals. Can you read?
My husband took over grocery shopping for me about 8 years ago. I have a chronic illness that makes grocery shopping a very difficult task. I did it for over 10 years but i was so happy to hand it over. I make the meal plan and list and he shops. He is a list guy and rarely gets extras. Its a relief.
