This was very helpful for me. I have a candle business I started January of this year and so far I’ve grown and I’m learning. It’s called King Bo Candles and I’ve been dying to know how to make these and I’m so glad I watched. Think I’ll go with either of these formulas but of course I’ll watch and learn before I make a final decision.
Does the wick matter that we use? I started with a whole bunch of wicks I got but it was from marketplace and I don’t know what kind it is :( I would really like to use them though (it’s a lot)
Have you ever had problems with water system clogged due to wax? I have some failed candles I feel bad to throw them away. But in the past with testing and cleaning we had our system clogged. Now I try my best to eat not to put anything down the drain. I’ll try to use alcohol more for cleaning
Gosh I was so excited about candles and then so many details like my candle wick drowning, buying fragrance, not knowing if my wick is compatible with fragrance or jar 😩 I am feeling really despondent and not having so much fun with it as before ☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️ I really enjoyed one of your previous videos about candle issues and how to fix them.. Hello. I am new to candle making and hosting candle making parties where people can take their finished candle home with them. I’m looking for suggestions for trimming the wick once it settles without disturbing the wax around the wick area. Any suggestions?

Thanks for the information. It was great to see it broken down. I just started candle making and I didn't think to include the small things like warning labels and stickers into the cost of making my candle. Do you have advice about what to do at an event where there is another candle maker?
