Welcome to my Lifestyle page. Officially posting weekly - Mondays at 6pm.
So, I started my focus on my this page around my weight loss journey. In that time I’ve had the opportunity to create my book “Homebody” on Amazon to inspire people to begin their Fitness Journey's along with my fitness groups that I helped quite a few people lose over 50lbs. While I’m not in a place to continue teaching folks about working out I lean more towards cooking your own food. That will be posted more on my IG.
Now this page will cover a variety of things I enjoy. - My Locs - Fashion - Hauls - Life/Lifestyle - Possible Food Vids & My Kitty
Maybe a really good clarifying shampoo. The Suave daily clarifying shampoo seems to help a lot. And I wash my locs in the shower by sections. I have a shower stool I sit on so I can take my time and really get in the scalp and strands. I use a scalp scrub brush in the shower as well. I shampoo two to three times with a clarifying shampoo, once with a moisturizing shampoo and I then use a conditioner and wash it out. It takes about 30 minutes for my shampoo. However, I have music playing I sit in my stool and really just make it a whole vibe. Also I only have to wash my hair once every two to three weeks.
Thank you so much!! I’ll definitely do that, will help me to stay in longer and really get in there. I’m going to screenshot this and get to ordering. Thank you again!! I reply appreciate it cause I was struggling smh
Girl your hair is just beautiful. How many years have you been locked. You just need a new maintenance service by a loctician. Continue to enjoy your journey.
I will not miss detangling. 10 year loose natural buying bs. 3 years locd saves me money and time. I hate when BLACK WOMEN with no locs tell me i need a retwist tho.
@@Mrs_Canary lol cause they can’t handle their natural hair. That’s definitely the difference. When you start on natural hair and then get locs you don’t even need retwists because you LOVE your actual hair texture. It’s definitely a mental thing
I feel the same way. I was a loose natural for 11 years. It was fun until it wasn't. I am 31 months into my locs journey and I do not see myself going back to loose natural. And a perm is just not an option. I am good right here with my locs. Whether I let them grow long or I get them cut in a style. It's locs for me.
Girl you trippin not to be on camera cuz, ur gorgeous and your hair is amazing!!! So many of us got Alopecia and other serious issues, so enjoy your beauty while you got it!!!❤
@@OnajaHarris I like to talk about perfume a lot and I'm going to bring my fashion 365 here but to the shorts. Didn't realize I could do that lol. May also bring in some personal life/work stuff because I love to talk lol. Some of my older content is around fitness though
@@NeizhaBLifestyle I’m interested in checking out the other stuff you have, I have dreads too btw, I just see where you have the capability to do way more than this. It’s great content btw but yeah send me the link to your other channel.
Yes, my locs are actually smaller in the front than in the back. I didn't want traditional locs and I knew my hair would puff up. I have 265 locs now. I combined 5 of them since starting.
Yummy! I just realized that I have shrimp and grits in my house. I can make that one of these days. I came here from TikTok. I’ll check out your other content! :)
