Yes we have a lot on that and its long winded. Search on youtube, stuff like “Rel Academy Footwork, bouncy feet, quick feet, release” etc. you should see a ton

you gotta use it. 4 hours a week, should take 3-4 months to start feeling nice. Good part is it keeps getting better. I got the spalding version. it now dark. everyone jokes its the ball wilt scored 100 with but its from 2019 lol. its butter now.
Facts! Man you preaching right now, manage expectations of delusional kids and idiotic parents. We got kids who still can’t make left hand lay ups- block out or defend from the arc but they want to shoot 3’s 🤷🏽♂️
These short, quick rhythm moves are also pretty easy to get good at and when you have 2 or 3 that you are confident you can score at will then you can completely change how the defense guards you because they have to take away those shots first.

Thats exactly why getting paid as a coach is always easier than getting paid as a trainer the best coaches and vaugley aware of your entire life and even helping out going the extra mile when they feel necessary because it benefits the both of them
