From 7:00 on I about lost it. The "bell tones" were off the chart. The last 2 chords literally made me tear up. Such talent. Every chord was locked in producing the over/under tones that only brass instruments can produce. The bass trombones were so on point, very solid bottom but not over powering. The last two about made me lose it, had I been there I probably would have. Every student here has an unlimited future. Thanks so much for posting this...
A wonderful performance of a beautiful piece of music! The first I've listened to today, and I can't think of a better choice to begin my day. Thank you.
This is crazy impressive! I've seen the sheet music for this piece on multiple occasions and I can testify that it is by no means easy to play. Great job!
Wow! I played trombone for years a long time ago. Never believed a "trombone choir" of this size could sound so beautiful, playing with great technique. Wow! I love it!
I hope the people playing what is the french horn part in the actual piece are on altos bc holy shit that’s ridiculous to hit the high e-flats on tenors
Every time I hear your groups, Oscar, they get better and better. It’s a testament to your fine teaching. Best of luck in Chicago. #TAMUKTromboneAlumni
