I finished twisted(2 strands) around 1am my starter locs and started wondering if it was clockwise, from my point of view or if it need to be twisted from someone standing in front of me, clockwise from their point of view 😂, if that makes sense, im still not sure if I've twisted the right direction 😩, I'm gonna check again, i was too tired last night to think straight
My current locs are a restart also from the Summertime. They were to uneven in thickness. My hair is parted down the middle so I don’t get confused when I retwist. I had holes in my 2018 locs that I believe was due to retwisting in both directions.
I think I'm going to start a second journey as well. I made it to a year and a few months, but yeah, the build up got to me. I think have to wash more often in my case.
This was the best and so helpful! I love your shape. Did you get it cut from a barber or a regular salon. I did the big chop a few times and this last time my stylist cut it soooo short and no real shape to it😕😕
