I tried making sprouts and micro greens, but it added more work to an already busy schedule. Then I discovered I could plant seeds very close together and get better results. This way I didn't have any leftover seeds in the seed packet. When the seeds sprouted I could pull some of them as sprouts. Later I could thin the others and add to salads as micro greens. It's less work with more harvest!
