Hanging decors from the track light rails is not advisable because of the electricity that passes through the rails when the switch is on. It may be a potential safety hazard. Hope this helps! :)
Hi Ayman, tracklights utilise one lighting point, so all lights connected to the track will light up when you turn them on. You won't be able to independently switch on each tracklight unless you use smart bulbs where your app can on every bulb individually.
hello, in the manual it says ground line is needed. is it safe to use it without ground connection? i have no ground line on my apartment is it damage my product? can you help me please?
Hi there. Ground wire is recommended as part of electrical safety in case there are, however it is not needed for the light to function. It should also not cause damages to your light fixture if grounding is not done. Hope this helps.
Hey Johnny! We wouldn’t recommend using this system in damp locations since it isn’t water rated. Consider going for water rated lighting fixtures instead, for longevity purposes!
Hi unicorn! We’re glad you love this system! The track type that we’re using is the L style track, which is commonly used here in Singapore. The tracks that we are using are in house brands, however you can find similar ones online.
Hey beanisme, generally smart bulbs aren't as bright as normal ones so adding more bulbs than usual would be ideal if you want to opt for them. You can come down to our showroom to see how bright the smart bulbs are in a room. :)
Hi, did you turn on your phone's Bluetooth? You can easily locate it by clicking into Device > click "+" > Add Device > Bulb > GU10 smart bulb W1 (multicolor) Hope this helps.
Hey there! The owner actually added false walls to install the recessed LED strips. If you do not have a false wall, the LED strip will be surface mounted instead of recessed. Hope this helps!
Hey Shin Lee, we believe the home owner wanted a cosy ambience, hence the use of cove lighting to light up most of the house. You could place a ceiling lamp or a few spotlights strategically around the living areas for brighter illumination!

Hi Samuel, thank you for the good tips on track light. However I've thought of using the track light to mount E27 bulb holder as I plan to install a bulb security camera and movable as well. May I ask if you know of it's possible.? Thank you
Hi Hamzah, glad you like the video! Yes it is possible. There are E27 tracklights available in the market, however we don't sell them at our store. You can try to google for other vendors that sell them. Hope this helps!

Fluted panel is abit outdated, try irregular panel or at least exotic skin laminate on wall. Eg, dedicate a small area of wall to crocodile skin laminate to add a tinge of master touch
