Hey! This is rad! I discovered the settings bug only happens when I hold the Atari Fuji button to force quit the game. It's super convenient, but the bug doesn't happen if you back out of the cosmic panic main menu with the quit option to quit the game. There's some updates planned for Cosmic PANIC in the near future, so we'll look into addressing the settings bug at the same time.

Seeing this game at face value I was like..whatever. But after watching your excellent review, I just might have to check this one out. This is a perfect example of another great addicting game on the VCS thats "mindless" fun after a stressful day at work.

This game did NOT make a good first impression on me. But since I spent my money on it, I stuck with it. It actually has grown on me quite a bit. And when you showed the online high scores, it was pretty cool seeing my name up there.
Slight creases and overly tight shrink wrap here on both Outlaw and Mr. Run & Jump. Also, there is speculation that MegaCat did the XP carts. The original 3 carts and Atari50 set were shipped from their address in PA.
I received mine as well and it had a crease in it as well as some buckling. I am a bit disappointed but ultimately, like you, took the wrapper off. For a "Limited Edition" I would think there would be more care in the preparation and shipment.
Yeah my box had a sway like that too. I have to say the game is fun and very enjoyable to me! Very challenging. I actually made it farther (level 4) on the cartridge with my 7800 vs the vcs. Here is whats weird to me. I finally got done playing Mr Run and Jump on the 7800 and went to switch carts to Bentley Bears Crystal Quest and my 7800 would not power on! I know I had a frayed wire for years that was covered up with electrical tape and I checked the plug with a voltmeter and I think that's the problem. Whew..

Yeah, I’m finding the VCS Classic Controller (joystick) to be more and more useful, for VCS and other games that work with BlueTooth-enabled devices. So, I’m glad I bought four of them last year-as they were in stock, in quantity-when they were on sale for $25 or $30 each - just to meet the minimum for free shipping. I didn’t buy them to price-gouge on eBay, mind you, but to use, hopefully playing _Warlords Recharged_ in couch co-op, when they (better damned well) make it. Whether it’s “Recharged” or “Beyond” is fine - but not “Neo,” I hope, if that’s related to the color and (non-)vector-style of _Neo-Sprint._ That’s fine for that game, but _Warlords_ would make an awesome Recharged title... Keeping three of them in boxes, until then - using the one I got with the bundle and the fourth, for now. So, even if Warlords doesn’t get recharged, I’ll have modern spinner-sticks for life. That reminds me. I heard _Neo-Sprint_ can be played with the spinners, which sounds great. So, I should pick it up, now-even at only $1.50 off-if it does four-player couch competitive... Check out the Boulder Dash 2 demo for the ATARI 2600, as it's the most technically impressive 2600 so far. It's a game that would sell well on the VCS800's online store too.
I just picked Multiball up today and I’m enjoying it quite a lot. I also agree with you about Farsight Studio pinball games, they are my favourite I have most of them on my iPad from 10 years ago and whenever they were released.

Thanks for this game. I really enjoy it! Its my current vcs favorite. I really look forward to the updates and I really like the online score feature even though I haven't cracked the top 5 yet lol. I would say the game is pretty prefect. You are probably picky about the pinball games I am about the mention but if you haven't since you did not mention it, try some of the pinball games on the PS Vita. You actually turn the entire handheld upright and are able to see the entire table and you use the touch screen to operate the flippers. When you where it sounds unnatural but it works well for me.
Pinball Arcade on the Vita was the game that I put the most hours into on that system, and the reason I picked it up along with the expensive memory stick. :)
I was not expecting such an in-depth and nuanced breakdown. Good video pinball analysis is hard to find, so if it meets with your approval, I’m definitely on board. Great review! With all of Atari’s recent acquisitions, I would love to see them buy FarSight and have them adapt the Atari tables, or even team them up with Digital Eclipse for a Gold Master Series on Gottlieb or Stern pinball. It might be a dream, but it’s a beautiful dream.
That would be great to see Farsight get some money! They ended up running into financial issues due to the cost of licensing the real games and their associated IPs (like Ghostbusters, Star Trek, movies, etc.). They ended up focusing only on Stern after 2018 as a result.
