Welcome to Ants Dorset, ants for all. My youtube journey started in august 28th 2022 and my videos have consisted of care guides, updates on colonies, creating nests or DIY, Unboxing's and feedings. I currently keep L. niger colony, a M. barbarus colony, a C. micans colony, a C. fedstchenkoi colony, and a C. truncata colony, nicobarensis colony and a C. cinctellus. I plan to get more colonies in the near future and showcase them. I like to keep unique and less documented species so I can learn about their interesting behaviours and share it with you guys. my shorts show most of my feedings and updates for my channel. I hope you enjoy coming along with me on my ant keeping journey. and you could even join me by getting your own colonies. If you already have any let me know by answering one of my polls. So if you feel ready to join me subscribe and jump right into my content. Have Fun! weekly uploads with shorts daily for now .
I never wanted to sat that, buy this tierlist is soooooooo ass that it almost makes me cry. Next time just name the video "tier list of ants in my opinion" cause there is a lot to change in places and i bet that i am not the only thinking this way. At least the idea for viedeo was cool.
ive ordered from antshq before and i believe the reason that it is blocked off with plastic stoppers is because theres also tiny holes in the top of them
but bruuhhhh lacius is such a good beginner really cheap grows fast eats well and cant lie the first month i had her i checked her multiple times a day and in a few months shes 100 workers strong or so so sad to hear you miss them out 😞😂
I do think lasius are good for beginners but i didnt include them because they are in almost every video saying for beginners to keep them so i wanted to give some more cool species for starters
They look like grain mites, they eat the trash of the ants but can overwhelm the ants, I don’t think they’re dangerous but if you can try get rid of them
