With HiOS based on Android v14, this feature can be found inside the Smart Panel section of the Special Functions found inside the settings. White Sauce Chicken Pasta - Recipe for one Ingredients: Pasta of your choice - ½ cup Milk - 1 cup Butter - 1 tablespoon Maida/All purpose flour - 1 spoon Garlic - 3-4 cloves Onion - 1 medium sized Chicken sausage - I took 4 mini sausages. You saute and use veggies of your choice instead. Red chilli flakes - ½ teaspoons Oregano and other spices as per your taste Method: 1. Boil the pasta in 2 cups of water with a teaspoon of salt and oil. Once it is boiled, drain the pasta using colander. 2. Cut the sausage into small pieces. In a small pan, add oil, mustard, a pinch of tumeric powder and salt. Once mustard pops, add sausage to the pan and shallow fry it. 3. Cut onion and garlic into small pieces. 4. In a pan, add butter and saute onion & garlic in medium flame. Once onion turns to white or mild gold color, add a spoon of maida and mix it well. 5. Set the stove to low flame and start adding milk slowly and continuously stir the mixture. Don't add all milk it once. Add little by little and mix it well and then add remaining milk. 6. Once sauce consistency is reached, add salt, chilli flakes and other seasoning as per your taste. 7. Add the pasta and shallow fried sausage to the sauce and mix it well. 8. How to make Paruppu Poorana Poli or Puran Poli? ▶ First, make the stuffing. ▪ Soak chana dal and pressure cook it softly. ▪ Mash it and boil along with jaggery and coconut Or you can make 1-string jaggery syrup and mix it with dal and grated coconut. ▪ Roll the stuffing into small round balls and keep the stuffing ready. ▶Then, prepare dough. ▪ Mix flour, oil, water and little salt. Can add a pinch of tumeric powder too(optional). ▪ Let the dough to rest for sometime. The resting time is crucial for soft poli. This helps to relax the gluten and help you in rolling easily! ▶Finally, stuff the puran and roll out to thin poli. Add ghee while cooking if you like ghee... Heat it on the pan and serve it hot!!!
