#allotment #diy #growingvegetable #gardening #cauliflower #living-life #food #travel #DIY #family #daysout #ninja #cosori #ukbreaks We are Peter and Sarah and we started our relationship just 9 months ago. We did however meet over 30 years ago but lost touch. We have decided to join the RU-vid family to vlog our lives together in our 50s. We never stop having fun and we love spending time with our ever growing family, so this will be for the children when they are all older with memories of us. Please like and subscribe and watch us dance through middle age ❤️💙
Look at you both. Working hard in the garden. I can't wait to see what you plant in your no dig garden. Congratulations on the potato harvest. Those were some nice size potatoes. Enjoy them with your dinner😊
I really enjoyed this video. I love looking at the architecture of buildings and they were fantastic structures. And all the dried vegetables hanging i thought that was a great picture. Thanks for sharing this video. Have a blessed day 😊
The restuarant looked really nice and stylish. It sounds like you both had a great time. Other then a few dishes that were not the greatest. But thanks for taking us along with you. Love the reviews. Have a fantastic day!!
You both were so focused on getting your garden tasks finish. What a wonderful day to be in the garden. Thanks for sharing. Happy gardening my friend 😊
Hi, thank you for asking for more. We will be doing more but lately we had some 'stuff' that came up and had to be prioritised. We are now hoping to get back into the swing and routine of it all, and of course, budget permitting. Cost of living is hitting us all and eating out now is a luxury, so we will be aiming it at families and people on a budget. Have a lovely week x
I've had the same problem this year as has most people on my allotment, slugs just munching through everything - lettuces, parsnips, coriander, parsley, beetroots, broad beans and even got into the greenhouse and ate the celeriac. They didn't go for the potatoes though, they got hit by frost but they seem to be coming back OK. The thing that seems to be working for me now is going down in the evening and picking them off manually - they tend to come out around sunset, especially if it's damp and humid. Also keeping the grass short and generally removing any dark/damp hiding places seems to help too.
I'm sorry to hear about the slugs. And your beautiful potatoes. Can you put down some eggs shells or slug and snail repellent. You will figure it out. Hang in there. We are all dealing with something in our garden. Its that time of the year. And the weather is not helping. Have a wonderful day
Thank you for making me feel better :). I brought some organic snail-repellent pellets and have sprinkled some over this morning. Fingers crossed. Hope you have a blessed Sunday x
Every weekend as a kid spent st bridgenorth train from birmingham to wolverhamton then bus it to bridgenorth at furneces caravan park nothing but great memoriys
It appears these days ha anybody with a camera thinks they can start a foodie channel. The only talent these silly fo*ls have is that they know how to eat. Find another line of work and spare we viewers this nonsense.
Nice review, prices were quite reasonable I thought (compared to oz)… not gonna lie, a little bit disappointed you never said “we’re having a chinky” which I’ve learned is quite customary in your part of the world 😂 good luck to u guys and ur channel! ❤
The ribs were lush, and to be honest I really don't rate chinese takeaway ribs, but these guys got it right. Thank you so much for watching and commenting, I do hope you follow along with us on this journey it means a lot to us.
If you fancy something a bit spicy try the singapore chow mein. Thank you for watching and will let Pete know about the music (he does the editing). I do hope you are following us on our little journey.
I am getting this next time, I am sure I will love it as it has a bit of a kick according to their menu. Thank you for watching and commenting, I do hope you are following along on our journey it means a lot to us.
I'm about 15 miles from Clapham, but would certainly consider going there, with a cool (or, rather, hot) box to transport in! An idea for a review for you both. The Snooty Tavern, Gt. Staughton, Cambs, is certainly worth a look. I gather you are probably based in mid - Bedfordshire, somewhere, so It wouldn't be a long journey. The Snooty recently reopened after a while with new staff who have a pub renowned for food in nearby St. Neots. I think you might like the place! One to think about, anyway...............
What a great tip. We will take a drive over to review and mention you for asking us to review. Thank you for the idea and I do hope you are following along on our journey.
