This is the third time I've watched or listened to this sermon. It is truly one of the best I have ever heard., and I listen to a lot of sermons by famous pastors. Thank you so much!
I am here because my nephew shared your baptism service (November 6,2022) with his mother, my sister, and she shared it with me. The testimonies were inspiring and powerful. Praise God for His work in them! Yes, Jesus wins!
I am really sad that Auburn’s community is being so tainted by this incorrect and hateful view of the Catholic Church, the one true Church that Jesus Christ Himself created. Perhaps investing time in research (the BIBLE) and conversation with Catholic priests (who have actual authority to be leading souls to Heaven) would assist you in realizing the misguided view you are teaching.
This is a sad and misguided reduction of the Catholic Sacrament of confession. Those words the one confessing hears from the priest to "feel better" is actually called absolution, the remission of sins. Jesus Christ entrusted this ministry to His apostles, succeeded by bishops and priests. (John 20:23 & 2 Cor. 5:8) I do feel better leaving the Sacrament ministered by the men given this authority by Christ, arguably much better than anyone that will participate in your "public dynamic" will feel. Probably because I've been fully restored into God's grace and intimate friendship and reconciled with the Catholic Church that Christ Himself founded. I hope you come to see how misleading this sermon was to your community and how it further divides Christian believers. I'm sure many Catholics in your community would love to share how the Sacrament is more than a dark room but actually a place of tremendous victory.
Please do not disrespect that beauty of the Catholic Church. Jesus Christ is Lord and Priest of all, and He set that woman free by encountering her humanity through His humanity. We confess to our priests who have given their entire lives to serve Jesus Christ through HIS Church. They have sacrificed their lives and through that sacrifice, Jesus brings us the Sacraments through them. The Sacrament of Confession is the most healing place on Earth. Jesus has given Himself to us through The Church He established on Earth. Lay down before Christ by laying yourself down to His Church. We pray for you Miles!
Truly so sad that you have such anger toward the Catholic Church :( the Lord has given the gift of confession because He wants us to confess our sins to Him through the body of a priest and be healed by Him through the body of a priest. I really pray that you come to know the truth and turn from the hatred you feel.
I am an exchange student from Korea Could you tell me the location of the church and the time of worship? And I'm staying in the beacon and I want to know the means of transportation to go to worship here
What a ministry of life program. TESTIMONY OF LIFE FROM A PRECIOUS LADY FACING AD FIGHTING CANCER. And of God desiring mercy rather than sacrifice. JESUS WINS.
Tyler you are incredibly knowledgeable young man but God does not use evil it bad things to teach us a lesson ! All evil comes from Satan. God can take something bad and turn it to his good ! But God is not a man that He should lie and HE DOES NOT DO BAD THINGS TO PEOPLE!! That was a curse of the law and Jesus shed His blood to redeem us from that curse!
I am so thankful to be part of a church that both has the Spirit (you can feel it and hear it in person) and the wisdom to provide the Truth in recordings; so that those of us unable to be there can still hear it.
This sermon touched me so, affirmed everything that has been happening in my life, was very weirdly but purposeful connected to another sermon I heard 3 years ago to continue the and possibly conclude this chapter of my life and thus this sermon will always go down as part of my testimony! I thank you so much for being God instrument and a part of his plan for me!
I'm still watching from home each week with a couple of friends, not yet comfortable with the crowd. But I don't believe being at home made this message any less impactful. Thank you, Gage, for pouring out your heart and the powerful message that God gave you. So meaningful, so consistent with the word God is giving us all along...surrender!!!
What a wonderful service. Each Easter Service this year has been special that Vi and I have attended. What a great venue for Sarah... He Is Risen...He is Risen indeed.
Repent and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost. Acts 2:38 Www.swordofthevaliant.com
I can't believe I found a video like this in one search! I look at it like Peter was willing to kill for Christ, and Judas was willing to kill Christ and sell him out. The contrast is so stark I wonder if I shouldn't try and be more like Peter; trying to be more like Christ!
Thank you for speaking truth and not worrying about what the mainstream church thinks. We need more preaching and teaching straight from the Word of God!
