Is there any risk of water retention from the Creatine aspect of this? Creatine was a disaster for me, put on an enormous amount of water weight quickly which took several weeks to lose.
Had an argument and was really reactive and every time we tried to speak we were just explosive and snappy again. Went and sat in a different room and put this on and within the first few minutes everything already feels so much calmer❤
