I have the 45 by the Jets as well as by Screams. I also have the Pink Flamingoes version. I heard you guys play this at Pekin community high school while I was a student there. Always loved hearing the Jets and this was my favorite song. Still love it and this is a great version. I have performed it in coffee houses and other settings many times over the years. He really is a master of getting the right tone and feel!!! The Warm 47 jr, mic is the same one I use for singing. It captures the authenic sound of whatever you stick in front of it. It is almost identical to the Neuman 87, which is probably the most used vocal mic for the last several decades. Warm is a company in Austin Texas that recreates classic mics and buys the same parts that Neuman uses. I love their mics!

Kurt wrote a few things to me about I Play for You that remind me of how hard he works at his guitar craft but also how humble he about about the gifts he has been given. I have one of those "unreleased" albums. I bought it at a record shop in Normal, IL when I was a college student at ISU in 1986. I remember seeing Gregg perform live in 1984 at a bar in Manito, IL. It was called The Blue Spruce.

Well no doubt, the education system is definitely dropping the ball when it comes to educating our children. But out of all the children in the school system, I wonder when teacher meeting with parents, the amount of parents that even take the time to go to them is probably 10% of the children. So combine this with the hate taught at home. We shouldn't be surprised of what the future holds, thanks to the tail end of the baby boomers, from 1952 the of of that age. Because most of the kids from that Era, only continued a to slowly lose a good connection with their children. Don't forget that the goal of the present Gov. is to dumb down the children.
I do think having females take their boyfriend's last name is kind of lame; I'd rather have it be that kids take whatever parent's last name matches their gender, so it's like comparing apples-to-apples in family trees.
The education system also fails to teach that when Europeans colonized they also raped and breeded out the melanin in people to "whiten" people and teach about Oklahoma black wall street massacre and the dozens of race massacres in the past 100 years..and WHY Martin Luther King was shot . Look into homeschooling. It is the only way to protect your children. I recommend Freedom Project Education. They have live online classrooms and the parents do not have to do anything. It is a superior education. Another good option, if you don't mind guiding your child's education is the Seton Home Study school. If you want a public school, there are a handful of Barney Charter Schools around the USA; they are Hillsdale magnet schools funded by the taxpayers, but they provide a classical education of solid reading, writing, math and factual history. A classical education is what you are looking for. In Ave Maria, Florida there is a classical private school called Donahue Academy. It is very good.
Liberalized indication needs to be stomped completely out of American existence.
