Id recommend a different rotation that would do alot more pet damage, atom splitter, electron flare, mercy attack protocol, godwave strength, robot sk and neo venom boost with quistlit, source shard and mercy amazotron matrix

Arts don't get clamped, and I had none I was showing the rotation frfr it still counts though, I wouldn't be able to DPS end game content with no artifacts. But the views show that this probably one of the best elec load outs in the game currently unless they nerfed it while I'm on break.
i aint played in years but when i played i used to mop mfkrs up quickly with my hardlight. just needed one block break or interrupt and they were insta killed. guess times changed :(

If you can stack up dionesium i would sell those in stacks of 30 for 20 mil. Sadly the economy in dcuo is low rn so by default you gotta take like 10 mil off the top of the original price of 30 mil.
