Has it started tipping yet? I don't see a SINGLE deadman tie back or anchoring system. It doesn't seem to be retaining much soil, but if you get frost, it's going to push with incredible force, a millimeter at a time, time and time again, until it's leaning. Even #5 rebar will bend where it meets the stone.
*_Former Landscape Architect... refreshing to see contractor not cut corners..._* Amazing construction, built to last forever. Anchoring in bedrock is always a challenge. Drilling, rebar rods, and epoxy or grout filler around rods holds them tight. Forming was a big job all by itself. *_Awesome job cutting bottom of forms to match contours of bedrock._*
@@wouzeleflouss1485 if you get like a sport malossi style mesh filter then they have no air filter oil on them. You maybe gain a bit more power but the engine sucks dust through the non oiled filter into the engine. If you get an original Piaggio air filter then it is already oiled. Of course you can buy a sports air filter and for example a Motul air filter oil and spray it in a plastic bag with the oil filter spray. You would have to use a lot. Better an original one.
When you mix concrete you want as little water as possible, just enough to work it, to get maximum strength. After the concrete has set wetting it will provide water too the cement particles that did not get any water so gaining more strength.
Search for “bushings removing kit” on eBay. You will find similar to what I have. I bought the kit for changing the bushings on my mini-digger, worked fine on the subframe as well. Good luck with your bmw!
