this is pretty cool, it worked better than i expected and fixed the orange light.

If it's an easily selected color, you can use Select > Color Range to make your selection, and then just go crazy with the brush without worry.

amazing video! really helped. but for the part after 06:36 i think we can achieve the same results by just adding another paper layer over the top most current layer, add a clipping mask and set the layer on "multiply" and then decrease the opacity to maybe 83% ? and we will get similar results. of course it wont be as much detailed and nicer than the method you told but it is less complex :)

Please help! I'm trying to do this tutorial in photoshop along with your video and I get stuck at the point where you select the brush and erase everything except the head. I get an error in photoshop that says: "Could not use the history brush because the history state does not contain a corresponding layer". What does that mean??? I've done everything to the T up to this point.

That's a lot of information. I have to go through it again when I figure out what I'm doing wrong. I'm trying to change the color of a QR code from black to white. I've tried another color to see if its taking. The only color that changes is the semi-white/semi-black border. Not the background, or the actual black part of the code. Do you have any ideas what I'm doing wrong?
