There are other benefits to taking it. If you have skin tags they vanish in a couple of days and any scar tissue also diminishes. There is one thing that I don't agree with is that it says on the bottle to take with food, but DON'T. The whole idea is to get it into your system not breaking down the food in your stomach. I have a very sensitive gut and have no problem with it. Best time to take it is at bedtime it helps you to sleep too.
This is for anyone thinking about Nattokinase, Google ( Pubmed ) and read up on it. This is a legit site that doctors even use so any drug that you want info on just type it in, there is a wealth of information to be had on this site.
the diarrhea does not happen with organic magnesium. Taurate is organic so no risk of diarhea, same for the laxative effect, it will not happen with organic/chelated magnesium.
I think if you have a fishy odor from it, it is a sign that the body is detoxing something out of you, which again is good. I would take it further to see of the odor goes away after a while. If not, it shows you're not eating healthy enough.
Serrapeptase is now also available in a liquid form and arm I have been using that as well I just take the dropper and put it under my tongue hold it for about 15 seconds then swallow and that’s all she wrote! I would also recommend the use of nattokinase, and metheline blue
I started taking magnesium glycinate for about a month now and can sleep much better now. I’m also pre diabetic so I’m glad to know it can help with that also.
It's great that you're aware of this issue; these are always concerns when it comes to sources from the sea (or anywhere else nowadays). The best approach is to trust the source where you get your sea moss. On that note, we’re planning to make a video about the methods we use to try to remove heavy metals and another one on how we try to get rid of microplastics. Stay tuned! 💚💜
it's is a game changer it helped my clients, one has a 40% blocked artery 3 weeks on a blend and he's playing badminton, no more breathlessness and his stats are perfect again, it got rid of my cyst in three weeks no need for surgery! keep spreading the testimonials people 😃
My doctor prescribed Klonopin for sleep problems. I took a very small amount each night for 15 years, when I changed doctors, I was told I would no longer be prescribed Klonopin. After some research I decided to take magnesium glycinate. I sleep better than ever, my blood pressure has improved, and I feel less anxiety. And unlike Klonopin it's not addictive...
The dosage ranges from 500 mg to 3,000 mg per day. Start with a lower dose and monitor how you react, since some people need a lower dose while others need a higher dose.💚💜
MSM could help with headaches since it has anti-inflammatory properties, but before adding any supplement its important to know the root cause of your problems (dehydration, too much caffeine, lack of sleep). 💚💜
Thanks, very informative, .., my doctor recommended I take ursodeoxycholic acid, UDCA, to dissolve gallstones,.., a question, would UDCA have the same benefits as TUDCA?, and on a side note I indeed had a substantial decrease in my fasting blood sugar since I stared on UDCA. I terms of side effects, the leaflet that came with it says it has the potential of gallstones calcification, hence, it is important to do an ultrasound after the first 6 months of treatment, if so, the doctor will stop the treatment
Malic acid (also found naturally in sour cherries and tart apples) will soften gallstones gradually, and citric acid stimulates bile production to help get the bile flowing and pushing them gently out. Gallstones are usually caused by a choline deficiency (because the liver is forced to use cholesterol instead of choline) and often made worse by too much oestrogen which gives the signal to condense the bile (and phytoestrogen from soy has been loaded into the food chain)….always take a choline supplement if you have bile sludge and stones and take a look through some choline information videos. Importantly…if ever you get a gallstone stuck in a duct (the liver passes intahepatic stones too)…a couple of pipettes full of liquid magnesium (like ultra mag or mega mag) in a shot of orange juice to disguise the mineral taste….i kid you not, within 5 to 10 minutes it relaxes the duct and the excruciating pain will ease off, allowing the stone to pass easier and slowly work its way out of the relaxed and softened duct. I find it shocking that no doctor ever tells anyone that! 😁💕👍🏻
MSM is generally considered safe, but it might interfere with certain medications. Our advice would be to check with your doctor, especially if you are taking any medications, to ensure there are no potential interactions.💚💜
We’d love to hear from you! Have you tried MSM before? If so, what benefits have you noticed? If not, which benefit are you most excited to experience? Let us know in the comments below! 💚💜
Yes, inositol can help with period cramps because it reduces inflammation and balances hormones, and it can minimize your symptoms associated with endometriosis. Hope it will help you🙏!
If you experience these side effects, I have some tips for you: - Try taking it with a meal containing healthy fats - Make sure your vitamin B levels are good. - And consider that maybe Magnesium Glycinate is not the form for you. We made an overview of forms that are best to take, and best to avoid. Go check it out 💚💜 ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-lJjWix9NlVY.html
yes, I take Taurine supplementation. I also take glycine and N-acetyl cysteine.. Once a month I also take fisetine for 7 days in a row. For pain management I take turmeric with black pepper. I take vitamin K2 to help facilitate the proper absorption of calcium. Magnesium taurate is also on my list.
Thank you for this. Here is my question: I suffered from a burst appendix 2 years ago (I'm 70 years young). I almost died 3 times. I had surgery and then 4 months later suffered from a blocked intestines and almost died again! I had scar tissue blockage from the surgery. After doing research, I read that Serrapetaise and have been taking 20,000 mg a day since. How long does Serrapeptaise take to dissolve scar tissue?
Thank you for sharing your experience and your question. I'm glad to hear you're taking proactive steps to manage your health. Unfortunately, there's no specific timeline for how long it takes for serrapeptase to dissolve scar tissue, as scientific research providing exact timeframes is limited. Some people report noticing improvements within a few weeks to a few months, while for others, it may take longer. It is really important to monitor your progress and consult with your healthcare provider. It's also important to discuss any concerns or side effects you might experience while taking serrapeptase. I wish you continued health and recovery💚💜
I have been using serrapeptase for a couple years now at least, I have had heart surgery and the medication that followed was causing a lot of problems for me I discovered serrapeptase and started using it and the game was completely changed I also had Covid I got a couple of blood clots in my lungs the doctors prescribed the usual medication‘s and knowing the side effects of these medication‘s I decided to continue the use of serrapeptase and the blood clots were completely dissolved and the pain was gone, I can’t say enough good things about serrapeptase that I will continue using it for the rest of my life it is a wonderful substance and I recommend it to anybody for any physical malady
