As someone who is neurodivergent (unable to afford a diagnosis but 90% sure I have ADHD ), it makes my burn outs feel so valid. Really digging the vibe you've created here! Kinda wanna create some more playlist myself now lol usually I just play whatever tf is saved on my liked songs. I didn't realize till now I also would mask with music like I would have music I was a fan of that I knew was or would be accepted by my friends/ peers at school and sometimes I really did dig that music so it wasn't necessarily a lie but then I had music I listened to in private and told really no one about and would be a secret big fan of them. Now as an adult since I have been unmasking my autism I no longer hide the things I really like or at least really try not too.

I relate so much to everything you shared especially going non verbal. When I'm having a meltdown or even just low on energy my ability to speak also decreases even though I may still internally may still be having conversations/ thoughts.
