Welcome to The Mighty Husky - Described by highly sophisticated AI as "a formidable competitor who embodies the spirt of adventure and excitement that is at the heart of off-road racing. Making up for his lack of skill with enthusiasm and dedication."
Love the video. We aren't all superhuman. We all crash and burn. But you definitely need to change the air pressure in your front tire, or look at a different tire. You are constantly losing it up front. From the look of that pipe, you are riding a 2-stroke. You stalled it way too much. Need to fan that clutch just a little more.
Alex, bet me to it, either your front tire is bald, too much air, or you need to weigh the front tire or a combination of all 3. People always worry about tread on the rear, but the front is way more important when trail riding, I usually replace 1 front per 2 rear. I have a yz250f and yz450fx and because of the seat design, you can get really far forward to weight the front. Not sure if you have an older husky or put a tank on it so you can't get forward. But move forward. Keep sticking with it, I quit riding for 20 years, and it took me a solid year to get back into it. Keep riding! Maybe someday I will see you on the trails.
I was a sweeper in Manitowoc this year (needed radiator work after Sturgeon Bay) wanted to track you down and introduce/say hi. When I saw you down at the bottom of the hill @ 5:50 I thought "NO! I like your videos!" 😎 Keep at it!! See you next year at a race or maybe the banquet? Hope your knee was OK!!
