bro idk why but if i join a game it freezes not the game the Noahboard idk what to do

This is exactly what i want, but i would want it to work even without OBS. It does work without OBS but with solid bakground and windows tab (minimize, close). Is there a way to make it work just like in the video without OBS or another program that would do it?
