Αυτό το διαμέρισμα είναι του ‘70 αρχικά η ανακαίνιση είναι της πλάκας και κουκουλώματα διότι οι ντουλάπες είναι προπολεμικές και πολλές άλλες λεπτομέρειες . .. που δεν έχουν ανακαινιστεί . Οι βεράντες είναι άχρηστες αφού δεν μπορείς να κάτσεις εκτός από μια από ότι βλέπω.. η κουζίνα μέτρια κατάσταση. εν γενεί είναι ένα διαμέρισμα που δεν θα έπρεπε να ξεπεράσει τα €150,000 και αυτό λόγω περιοχής . Θέα τα μπαλκόνια των αλλονών κλπ κλπ Σίγουρα θα έχει πωληθεί διότι υπάρχει η ζήτηση αλλά σίγουρα όχι όσο θα θέλατε 😂
The kitchen i poor no countertops no places to put anything you need.The main house you cannot say that is vast which means you all spaces fully exploited.Which means that in the living room you cannot have all those old stuff from the olive mill.They should be outside.Those iron beds remind me beds of 60's of sick people.What for you ask 1.2 millions???Nice garden.Other than that no imagination no practicality.
@@fredfonebone5108The owner explained to me that there are no restrictions, it's not historical so no problem. They renovated also themselves heavily. Of course changes have to be according to legality consulted by an engineer.
