Horrible experience. I gave them a try because I saw people wearing their gear at the gym. Clothing stains very easily and when I tried to process a return I really found out what type of company I was dealing with. Come to find out they have a 20 business day turn around for a return/exchange. I ordered a size that was too large and simply wanted to swap it out with a smaller size. After several emails back and forth with there returns I had to accept 20 business day turn around. Then after the 20 days I get an email that they are rejecting my claim because the tag was removed and sending my original item back. I will never buy another product, buy and before my friends!!!
I love how you guys make sure everything is made a certain way for a reason. Like the double stitching on the muscle tanks or the stretchy material on the ribbed tanks to ensure shape retention. Having functionality and purpose is why i keep coming back to this brand
This will be only my second drop I purchase from Alphalete since switching from DarcSport. And one thing I like about Alphabet is the clean versatility that some of the pieces offer. Looking forward to wearing pieces in and outside of the gym from this fire drop!
Christian will you guys ever release hats like what inaka power does? That type of trucker over the dad hat? I think those sell out quick and be a huge hit
TLDR: Alphalete is far from what it once was, clothes look bad, fit is bad, quality is okay, and the pricing is too expensive for what it is. Man. Y'alls men's products have looked so fucking dogshit for years now. Literally everything is oversized other than a skin-tight tanktop that also looks like dogshit. My guy, if it doesn't even look good on you, who is going to buy it..? What happened to your essentials? To the fish-tail tees? the fitted performance joggers? Its so absurdly frustrating, because I've been a fan of your brands since the original CG FItness back when I was in highschool / early college (2013-2016). I want to support it & have quality athleticware.. but y'all are going down so many weird routes that as so disjointed from what the brand originally was. It feels like y'all are chasing the same hype trends that Young LA & other brands capitalized on 6+ Months ago. Not to mention that, y'alls prices have seemingly doubled on everything since 2020. You gave up on the "high end luxury" brand, but Alphalete prices are damn near the same as Lulu Lemon now with no-better quality. I miss the days when I could snag a pair of really high quality fitted joggers that'd last me 1+ year for $48, a quality tank or lifestyle tee for $28-32. Went from buying something from y'all damn near every drop & was excited for the next.. to now, I haven't purchased from y'all since maybe 2021?
