I've been on hold for over five hours trying to reach anyone at the 24/7 office you claim to have. I'm sick of hearing that the "longer than usual hold time" is due to great cruise offers ending in the next few days. On the phone prompt I selected that I already have a reservation so why does your message even say the hold time is due to other people booking?! There is no excuse for a five hour hold time. I am leaving town tomorrow and MUST speak to someone today. We'll see if the 24/7 hour call center holds try as I'll be one hand on until I reach someone.
