Greetings from Bangalore, India. I just chanced upon your video and by the end of it I agreed with you that THIS is an omelette. I make omelettes regularly and add vegetables like you have and more. I have used carrots, mushrooms, cabbages, green chillies, coriander (cilantro) etc. and recently made with bak choy instead of spinach. All come out very well. I do add a tsp of milk and a tsp of water to the egg while beating. Makes it very soft and fluffy. What I haven’t mastered so far is the technique which you so nicely and patiently show as to how to lift an edge and let the uncooked egg run...I must get that skill. Thank you for this lovely video. Will check your site for more recipes.

Not bad, but as a Chinese person I wouldn't eat this. Few things. There's way too much stuff in there, celery is a big nono, edamame is unnecessary, brocolli is uncessary, less is more. There's no garlic or shallots or onions? That's like the soul of chinese cooking. You only seasoned with salt? No white pepper? Black pepper? Soy sauce? Your pan was not hot enough, seemed like you were cooking with low heat. You're stir frying which means there should be smoke bellowing out from that pan, there should be char on the rice. Parsley at the end? Spring onions are usually used as a garnish. The chilli oil was a nice touch though. But all in all not too bad.
Why don't you stick to minding your own business before trying to belittle someone with your rasist comments fried rice can be made any type of way not just one way 🙄
