I thought hair loss looks like you can see your scalp more, especially with dark hair. And if you have thick hair at the top and thinning at the ends - it's breakage. But idk
It's really important to go to the dermatologist if you experience severe hair loss (check ferritin / iron and blood of course first). I had TE (temporary hair loss) from covid which triggered AGA (female pattern hair loss). I discovered because of a scalp biopsy. Make sure you take the appropriate steps before losing it all! It might be more severe than you think!

I love Act and Acre too! I discovered because of you. Now i use the Stem Cell Line Shampoo and Conditioner and i love it! The original shampoo was a little bitte dryiing and difficult to use. Now i don‘t use something else. Also have the Mask and the oil. Soooo gut. Sometimes i mix the mask and the oil and leave it for 20 minutes. A dream! But i am in Germany and it is soooo expensive. I have to buy it from Ireland or UK. 😅

And things that you still have to do in order to promote the thickness? I have been struggling with hair fall from anemia for years and nothing is working
I think finding a doctor that will test with thorough blood work can really help pinpoint what supplements can help get someone back on track so they're not depleted in certain minerals ❤ This is what helped me! Helps with dosages of supplants too knowing how much someone would need to get back to healthy levels.
