Very smooth with the bodies, with a nice flat draw. I was worried that there was a bit of fade in the back end of the stroke, but the cox fixed that with the push at about 3:45 into the video. As on old lightweight cox, my suggestion would be to have the cox occasionally throw in some calls for three strokes on the finish, or three strokes on the legs in the second half of the drive. This tends to keep the boat lively without exhausting the crew like a ten stroke push does. Good work.
@@colebloch6241 there isn’t an official number, but people that i know that have been recruited as lightweights have all been sub 6:40, and they were not even going to one of the top top schools like georgetown.

As a longtime videocamera dad, serious kudos to the videographers and especially the editors. It's hard enough to capture the moments, but then it's even harder (and much more time-consuming) to review the footage, and choose what segments to include, and when, and where to cut at the start, and where to cut at the end, and what transitions to use, and what effects, and what background music - choices made down to a specific frame. The seat is pretty hard so if you don’t have natural padding you may need a cushion seat. I bought one on amazon. You will also need oil to keep the chain moving well.
