I believe Ken Wilber's contributions are so helpful in addressing what Fran is addressing here about there being much more to spiritual growth than just a moment or instance of Awakening. Ken, like other developmentalists, says we see multiple lines of development, or intelligences, and spiritual is only one of them. Ken's most recent work "Finding Radical Wholeness" boils it down into 5 major types of wholeness-- Waking Up, Growing Up, Showing Up, Cleaning Up, & Opening Up.

If you truly want to feel “connection” open your heart to earth. Walk barefoot. Get silent and reconnect to the elements. All humans speak through the filter of their own perceived experiences. But regarding this person… I started reading her book years back because of a book club. I’m a spiritual person, so it wasn’t shocking content but something felt very “disingenuous “ to me. I trust what I feel. I put the book down. Her story makes no sense whatsoever unless an entire town conspired against her and apparently her alone. My sense of her is that she’s another self proclaimed oracle with excellent marketing skills. If I had not experienced people first hand who were brilliant unfaltering liars, and entrusted by others, I might feel differently … but something is very “off” here. Think cult.
If you had ever heard just one other surviver , including cases where the police got involved ,you would know it is always like that .that an entire town cant conspire its a ridiculous arguement when not only ,historically , revolutions have been organised this way but also when you dunno the teachings of the masons in your own town .Or do you ? Only if you are one. About the book...what exactly did it feel off? And what does "off" means in your experience? Coz you didnt say anything about that either and so anybody will imagine something entirelly different about what that "off" feeling means . People need to stop focusing on how many calories they burn, since calories burned is so minimal unless you’re a real athlete. Work on metabolism and healing mitochondria to produce energy properly and burn properly. Walking for an hour to burn 200 calories to eat an extra apple is clearly not a great plan.

I happen to be an uncle of Colleen Ann Santoro - her real name. This story is a complete fabrication. None of it happened and can be proven by many who knew and loved her. She was, in high school and college (and apparently still is) a very gifted and convincing actress. The only abuse was from drugs she took in her 20's. She cut off her family about 15 years ago, other than begging for money. A tragic and deceptive lady who needs a lot of love and truth. Even Satan himself poses as an angel of light. When you walk away from truth, you are on very dangerous ground.
I got introduced to her by some spiritual friends and was intrigued by their “lightness” which they claim to have gotten through Kai Ra. Now I’ve ordered her book and wanted to know more about her and I wonder why most people don’t bother looking her up at least a little bit. Is it out of nativity or is the controversy surrounding her being fabricated by “haters”? (I’ve read the article by her estranged family exposing her actual past) How can I tell what’s truth? Naturally I’m more of a skeptical person so I always have trouble with taking things as “facts” but I do want spiritual enlightenment… Who is Kaia Ra for real? Who is this woman and what is her agenda and why or why not is she credible?
@@sensualsparkle I have pictures, videos and many personal encounters with her in extended family at events over the course of 12+ years. Come talk to each of her family members and you will realize that she is the only one who has concocted this fable. It’s very sad and troubling to see this happen to a very loved family member.

I also bought her book, although I haven’t read it. I am puzzled by how no one questions or seems willing to consider that her past might be a fabricated story. Went through 5 rebounders that I could easily afford and broke all of them. On one of them the spring broke and I got a nasty cut. I've been rebounding almost daily on my Cellersizer for over ten years. The four replacement springs that came with it are still in a drawer. No affiliation with the company whatsoever.

Why? We are so programmed and conditioned to think our bodies are week. Millions of years of evolution have made our bodies strong. It’s AVOIDING doing things like this that hurts us. Of course ease into it at first if you are very out of shape.
Could someone who has had several knee surgeries do this? Perhaps not the advanced moves, but just the health bounce without putting stress on the knee?
I have been using the facialflex for about a year and a half, and it really works. I have adapted it to address more parts of the face, but I believe he is completely correct about rebounding. I'm just getting into it seriously, at 56, and know that along WITH the facial flex this will work great. In fact, I think I'm going to start using it while bouncing everyday!

It would take months or even years for us overweight and muscle-fatigued seniors to get strong and toned enough in our legs and backs to safely lean back while bouncing enough to influence our chin and reduce double chin. Baby bounces on the rebounder would help us much for full-body benefit, but leaning back and flailing legs forward is dangerous except for the young and conditioned bodies.
68-year-old male. I've been using my Cellersizer for over ten years. One of the great things about rebounding is you go at your own pace, progressing as slowly or quickly as you want. Go slow and build up. As I said, I'm 68. I'm 5'11" and weigh 168. If I can do it, you can too.
Discovered Thomas a few weeks ago. Thomas explains "Being Seen" as part of Self Awakening, and then Awakening Together as a Society (collective trauma healing). Being able to see others beyond our expectations comes with our own commitment to explore our own deepest nature, to see who we are ,first! How beautiful is that!
Kaia, why don’t you speak out and name them? And tell everything you remember? Can this be proven? I believe you because I see the marks of trauma in your expressions. But it is so hard to believe something like this is going on. If it could be proven somehow then we could stop it.
Why do you interpret those as “marks of trauma”? I could equally believe they are mental illness (runs in the family), acting (she has a solid background) or demon possession (a false prophet who projects themself as an Angel of light).
You do know that she lied about her traumatic childhood. She was a drug addict who scammed old people in hospice to sign over their assets to her before they died.
